These guys drove 90 miles round trip and gave me a better tank for a significant lower price than the local well drilling company. I have told everyone about them and will continue to use them. Thank you to everyone who helped me.
I was initially impressed with their service. The day I called to see if they could find out why we had water seeping into our house, they were able to come right out and the gentleman who came out isolated where the leak was. I told him I was interested in getting a bid on getting it fixed. I received a bid the following week (dated May 4th) and called shortly after to tell them I was interested. I told this to the lady who answered the phone. I figured at that point I would get some sort of call letting me know about when they would come out. Two weeks passed and I haven't heard anything. I call them and spoke with Jeff, he assures me I am on the schedule and that they are really busy and he will give me a call when they get closer to my schedule. I explain to him that I need a days notice as my father has Alzheimer's and we would need to make arrangements for him. All of May goes by, a bit into June I still haven't heard anything so I call Jeff. He assures me it will be soon. On Tuesday June 26th he calls me at 8:30 a.m. and says they can come out that day. I had things going on as it was and I again explained to him that I need to make arrangements for my dad, would it be possible to do it Wednesday or later in the week. He tells me he will call me in the morning. Wednesday comes and goes and I get no phone call. Thursday morning I call and ask to speak to Jeff, the lady who answers the phone put me on hold and then comes back on the line and says he will call you the beginning of the week. So I wait, Monday comes and goes, as does Tuesday, Wednesday was a holiday so I didn't expect a call, but here it is Thursday and I still have not received a call. At this point all I can take it as is they don't want my business. When you say you are going to do something DO IT!!!! I am paying YOU, not the other way around. Even if you have to tell me it will be pushed out longer, have the guts to get on the phone and tell me. At this point I will find someone who wants the work, and I will be sure to let others know of the poor communication the company has.
