I had the best experience with Baxter Plumbing and will not only use their services moving forward for my plumbing needs but I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber in the Eugene area. Booking the appointment was super easy and the woman who helped me (I think her name was Kelli) was so kind and efficient. The plumber showed up on time, immediately went to work and solved the leak immediately. The payment process was easy and the fee was affordable. I am so happy I have finally found a reliable plumber! Baxter is the best!
We selected Baxter plumbing & Rooter, Inc. because of the very positive online reviews, and from seeing their memorably logo on their service van around town. Noah is the technician who came to our home. He was extremely organized in his approach to our plumbing issues, and knowledgeable as well as efficient, extremely professional, and friendly. Noah is an excellent representative for Baxter plumbing & Rooter, Inc. We have an upcoming project and will definitely schedule it with Baxter. Delightful experience!
Kelly with Baxter worked around my schedule on a Friday afternoon to make sure and get my issue resolved before the weekend and Scottie was super quick and clean in getting my drain cleared. Both of these folks were friendly, courteous and professional, I highly recommend Baxter Plumbing!
I had a really positive experience with this company even outside of requiring their services. These workers go out of their way with friendly and professional service to community members and are great at identifying and meeting needs; even if it is just jumpstarting a car.
Absolute worst communication and service. Spent about $3,000 on pex in our little mobile home, They didn't bother to check to see if any of the 4 fixtures leak. As soon as I turned on the washer valve it was leaking everywhere into the wall. I asked them to come back to fix it, which they did. However they said it was not under warranty even though it litterally was just just replumbed by them about 3 months ago, never used yet! The receptionist was telling me they just installed underneath pex and it isn't there job to check fixtures. She wanted additional payment for their error! She asked if it Was leaking before we replumbed. I don't know and It doesn't matter! You fix it, or you tell me it needs fixing and may need parts or cost more. Communicate! It took me 2 seconds to try my washer and see it needed fixed. We also got our water heater strapped down by them. As soon as we used it, it moved around the same as it did before. Receptionist response is it is a contractors job to make sure the floor is solid. That may be true, but why didn't the guy who strapped it down tell me that was a potential concern after he did it? Afterall I specifically asked him to check and get back to me. I had to call him to see how it went. He said it was fine and strapped properly. Also they didn't seal the outside water heater door properly or let me know, so I had to seal it myself with caulking as rain could get in how it was left and rot the floor. They also put in a faucet which was not found in their system at first. Receptionist kelly I believe told me it must have been a different company we hired to do that. Nope, we just moved here and got one company to do it all. They didn't bother caulking the faucet, because it has a rubber seal under it. No big deal to get mold trapped underneath it. I will be talking to the better business bureau if this isn't taken care of.
